Good protection is important because the open hearth and the brazier plancha are on the front line facing climatic conditions: wind, rain, sun, snow, debris, dust, etc.

1) The cover cannot be delivered in the event of an individual order, it must be collected from the depot.
2) The lid must only be used on a cold stove. Otherwise, it risks suffering irrevocable deformation which will be out of warranty.
3) The lid or protective cover greatly reduces the occurrence of rust, but the plancha must still be covered after each use with a film of oil which will protect it against humidity in the area or the condensation under the hood/cover.
