Where are your products made?
Our fire pit grills are designed in Montreux, Switzerland, and manufactured in Portugal and Asia to offer the best value for money.
What are your delivery options and lead times?
Standard delivery is free on orders of 1400 €/CHF or more (excluding Andorra, San Marino and Vatican City).

Do you offer accessories for your fire pit grills?
Yes, we offer a full range of accessories and outdoor furniture to help you make the most of outdoor cooking. You can browse these collections in the Collection section of our website.
Can you use charcoal?
We do not recommend using charcoal on its own, as it does not provide enough heat across the entire cooking plate. You can, however, use it alongside wood: start with wood, then place charcoal around it to keep the embers glowing for longer. If you have a compact model that uses eco-friendly briquettes, please follow the specific recommendations for that model.
