Refund policy

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Refund conditions

  • 100% refund (excluding shipping costs)
    The item must be unused, in the exact condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. It must arrive at our warehouse in this condition.

  • 80% refund (excluding shipping costs)
    The item may have been used normally for 14 days after receipt. However, it must be clean, free of residue (charcoal, grease, etc.) and in good general condition.

Application procedure

To process your refund request, we need:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation).
  2. Prior contact (by email or phone) to explain the reasons for your return before the item is shipped.
  3. We will send you written confirmation by email, validating the return authorization and specifying the exact warehouse address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once the package has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.

If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer (a display delay may apply).
  3. Contact your bank (internal processing may delay display).

If, after these checks, the refund still does not appear, please write to us at contact@corten-house.com.

Trades

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
For any exchange request for the same product, please contact us at contact@corten-house.com.

Shipping and return costs

Shipping costs incurred for sending or returning items are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Why are return costs the buyer's responsibility?

We prefer to maintain fair prices year-round, rather than increasing our prices to include the cost of free returns. This policy allows us to remain transparent and competitive. It also helps limit non-essential returns, thereby reducing the environmental impact of transport.

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items to our head office address; it cannot receive parcels.
