Combine performance, precision and elegance with the Nakiri knife Corten House in damask steel. Inspired by Japanese tradition, it is specially designed for cutting vegetables, herbs and fruits, providing a clean cut without crushing the food.
Its blade of 18 cm is composed of 33 layers of damask steel with copper insert, with a VG-10 steel core for excellent cutting performance.
Its hardness of 60 HRC guarantees a durable and efficient cutting edge.
The ash wood handle finish black carbon ensures a comfortable, balanced and secure grip, ideal for both indoor and outdoor cooking.

- Avoid cutting bones, frozen foods or hard materials which could damage the cutting line
- Clean the knife immediately after use
- Store it in a safe place to protect its blade and preserve its sharpness
- Hand wash only with lukewarm water and mild soap
- Do not put in the dishwasher
- Dry the blade and handle thoroughly after each cleaning
- Occasionally apply a suitable oil to the wooden handle to preserve its natural appearance
- Store the knife in a dry place, away from humidity

Can you use charcoal?
Charcoal alone is not recommended as it does not provide sufficient heat for the entire plate. On the other hand, you can use it in addition: start with wood, then surround it with charcoal to prolong the embers. If you use a compact model running on ecological briquettes, follow the recommendations specific to this format.
