Frequently asked questions
Find the answers to your most common questions here!
What are the advantages of Corten steel compared to other materials?
Corten steel is particularly appreciated for its resistance to atmospheric corrosion, its durability and its unique aesthetic. It offers excellent weather resistance, making it an ideal material for fire pit grills intended for outdoor use.
Where are your products made?
Our fire pit grills are designed in Montreux, Switzerland, and manufactured in Portugal and Asia to offer the best value for money.
What payment options are available?
We continually expand our payment options to make shopping with us as convenient as possible. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay)
- Bank transfers
- PayPal (pay in full or in 4 interest-free instalments)
- Twint (Switzerland only)
- Klarna: 3 interest-free instalments (available only in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Belgium and Austria)
Other payment methods may be available depending on your location.
Do you offer accessories for your fire pit grills?
Yes, we offer a full range of accessories and outdoor furniture for a complete cooking experience. You can find these products in the Collection section of our website.
Can you use charcoal?
We do not recommend using charcoal on its own, as it does not provide enough heat across the entire cooking plate. You can, however, use it alongside wood: start with wood, then place charcoal around it to keep the embers glowing for longer. If you have a compact model that uses eco-friendly briquettes, please follow the specific recommendations for that model.
