The Corten House suspended steel cooking cage brings authentic vertical cooking to your fire pit grill.
Positioned above the fire bowl, it lets you hang meat, fish or vegetables to cook slowly in the heat of the flames and embers for flavourful, evenly cooked results.
Made from steel, the cage develops a natural patina over time.
It is ideal for regular use and offers excellent cooking capacity.
Its design complements the raw, elegant look of Corten House fire pit grills.
Our long 105 cover can protect both the cooking cage and the plancha beneath it.

Delivery arrangements depend on the type of items ordered.
Fire pit grills and other bulky items are delivered by appointment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. When it arrives at the delivery depot nearest you, the carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Accessories and small items are delivered directly to your home without an appointment. If you are out when the carrier calls, your parcel will usually be left at a nearby parcel shop or collection point. The carrier will let you know so you can collect it easily.
This item comes with a 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and problems arising during normal use.
- Position the cage above the fire bowl of the fire pit grill.
- Hang food using the hooks provided.
- Adjust the height using the chain to control cooking.
- Wear heat-resistant gloves whenever handling it.
- Clean the cage while it is still hot or warm after use, just as you would the cooking plate.
- Remove food residue with a brush or suitable spatula.
- Apply a thin layer of cooking oil over the entire surface to protect the steel.
- Avoid harsh detergents.
- Store in a dry place.
A natural patina may develop. This is normal and helps protect the steel.

Can you use charcoal?
We do not recommend using charcoal on its own, as it does not provide enough heat across the entire cooking plate. You can, however, use it alongside wood: start with wood, then place charcoal around it to keep the embers glowing for longer. If you have a compact model that uses eco-friendly briquettes, please follow the specific recommendations for that model.
