Delivery arrangements depend on the type of items ordered.
Fire pit grills and other bulky items are delivered by appointment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. When it arrives at the delivery depot nearest you, the carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Accessories and small items are delivered directly to your home without an appointment. If you are out when the carrier calls, your parcel will usually be left at a nearby parcel shop or collection point. The carrier will let you know so you can collect it easily.
Our Corten steel fire pit grills come with a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems arising during normal use.
⚠️ Important: Corten steel is known for its strength and longevity. In coastal environments, however, salt-laden air can accelerate its natural ageing.
For installations less than 20 km from the coast, the warranty is limited to 3 years, rather than 10 years under normal conditions of use.
Damage directly linked to salt exposure is not covered beyond this period.

Once the cooking plate has been seasoned, use your fire pit grill as follows:
- Use well-seasoned wood with a moisture content below 10%, ideally beech, oak or ash, to reduce smoke and produce good embers.
- Arrange 10 × 35 cm logs with the bark facing outwards, keeping them at least 5 cm below the cooking plate.
- Place a suitable firelighter in the centre and light it with a long match.
- Never use alcohol or petrol. Always wear gloves, as parts of the fire pit grill quickly become extremely hot.
Our Corten steel fire pit grills develop an elegant natural patina. An occasional rinse with clean water and a soft brush is enough to remove dirt and debris.
Avoid harsh chemicals or aggressive cleaning methods, which could alter the natural patina.
To maintain an even colour, gently apply a thin layer of vegetable oil (such as linseed or rapeseed oil) once or twice a year. Rust runoff can stain surrounding surfaces, so take care to protect sensitive areas.
Protecting your fire pit grill is essential to ensure its longevity. We strongly recommend using the protective cover whenever your fire pit grill is not in use.

Can you use charcoal?
We do not recommend using charcoal on its own, as it does not provide enough heat across the entire cooking plate. You can, however, use it alongside wood: start with wood, then place charcoal around it to keep the embers glowing for longer. If you have a compact model that uses eco-friendly briquettes, please follow the specific recommendations for that model.
