Our Plancha fire pits benefit from a warranty covering manufacturing defects as well as any problems that may arise during normal use.
Corten steel models come with a 5-year warranty.
The models with Finish Black ones are guaranteed for 2 years.
THE Plancha fire pits Corten steel products are designed to naturally resist weathering thanks to their protective patina, without requiring any special maintenance.
The black models are protected by a high-temperature paint, but this paint is more susceptible to UV rays and scratches. In case of a scratch, slight corrosion may appear locally. To easily remedy this, we offer a touch-up bottle with a brush upon request.
⚠️ Important: Exposure to salt air (within 20 km of the coastline) can accelerate corrosion of the black models. For this reason, their use near the sea is not recommended, and this type of damage is not covered by the warranty.
These items come with a 2-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects and issues related to normal use.
