THE Plancha fire pits Corten steel products are designed to naturally resist weathering thanks to their protective patina, without requiring any special maintenance.
The black models are protected by a high-temperature paint, but this paint is more susceptible to UV rays and scratches. In case of a scratch, slight corrosion may appear locally. To easily remedy this, we offer a touch-up bottle with a brush upon request.
⚠️ Important: Exposure to salt air (within 20 km of the coastline) can accelerate corrosion of the black models. For this reason, their use near the sea is not recommended, and this type of damage is not covered by the warranty.
A seasoning process is necessary before first use.

Once the seasoning is complete, here's how to use your Plancha fire pit :
- Use well-dried wood (less than 10% moisture), ideally beech, oak or ash, to limit smoke and obtain good embers.
