Our Corten steel products come with a 3-year warranty, and our black-painted models come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects as well as any issues that may arise during normal use.

- The logs dry naturally through ventilation.
- Do not place very hot objects directly on the HPL.
- Corten : develops a natural patina. Lightly oil 1–2 times/year for an even color.
- Black : cleaning with lukewarm water and a soft cloth.
- HPL tray : Clean with soapy water. Resists moisture, UV rays, and moderate heat.

Can we use charcoal ?
Charcoal alone is not recommended as it does not provide sufficient heat for the entire plate. However, you can use it as a supplement: start with wood, then surround it with charcoal to prolong the embers.
