Our Corten steel products come with a 3-year warranty.
Models with a black finish come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects as well as any problems that may arise during normal use.

The black paint used is specially designed to withstand high temperatures. However, its resistance to UV rays and abrasion is more limited.

In the event of a scratch, the protection of the steel may be locally reduced, which can lead to the appearance of corrosion.

To prevent any spread, we offer, upon request, a bottle of paint touch-up with a brush for local touch-ups.

To preserve your Plancha fire pit :

• Avoid prolonged shocks, scratches or friction.
• Clean only with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

⚠️ Important Our Plancha fire pits black ones are designed to last, but their exposure near the coastline (less than 20 km) can accelerate corrosion due to salt air, despite the protective paint.
For this reason, we advise against their use at the seaside.
The warranty does not cover corrosion resulting from these conditions.

Once the seasoning is complete, here's how to use your Plancha fire pit :
- Use well-dried wood (less than 10% moisture), ideally beech, oak or ash, to limit smoke and obtain good embers.
- Arrange the 10 x 35 logs cm, bark facing outwards, without exceeding 5 cm under the griddle.
- Place a suitable firelighter in the center, then light it with a long match.

THE Plancha fire pits Corten steel offers an elegant natural patina. A simple occasional rinse with clean water and a soft brush is all that's needed to remove dirt and debris.
To maintain a uniform color, gently apply a thin coat of vegetable oil (such as linseed or rapeseed) once or twice a year. Be careful of rust stains, which can affect surrounding surfaces: protect sensitive areas well.

For stubborn stains, apply a neutral, non-abrasive soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent corrosion. Avoid harsh products, rough sponges, or solvents that could damage the paint.
